Zero Engineering Bike Zero Engineering Bike Zero Engineering Bike The (in)Famous Mr Chico Von S**** Had a long week, thats it for a start...more soon....
Great pics,as always...Looks like there were alot less quality cars there this year from all the ugly stuff i have been seeing in the different thread..The Starlite truck is awesome by the way
there is a huge access "hole" in the roof. it's finished and painted, but that's the entry point. that thing had a single airbag on the rear, funny. i'm 6' 3" and that truck only came up to my crotch.
thanks for the pix - I will try to post some this week as well - what is funny is that I see about 3 cars I did not see - perhaps they were not at the show at all and only in the garage........ it should be noted that the Shifters DID turn away vehicles - I was standing right there when some guy was giving them hell about how he brought it from 4 hours away blah blah blah he finally turned away and I told one of the guys - dont let it in cause is was NOT something you would see in Car Craft circa 1959 and if it does not fit that period then it probably should not be there - there are exceptions to the rule - but overall - keep it period correct I saw a really really nice '65 Caddy up in the garage - but it did not fit the show - and I saw another nice Corvette up there a '57? again - did not fit the show but nice cars still.......... overall the show was a good time - I hope that the car show guys were able to go check out some of the bands - they were good overall from what I saw. I will try to get some pix up soon!
I never cared for trying to make an open engine rod out of a 48-54 Chevy truck cab. That green thing would look great with a much older cab on it...maybe not as booger green, but a color blind person might see it as a bright red.
I got rid of the Drama generated by that No Limit thing. And Re-opened the Thread. I dont want to waste my time doing that again.
Forget the drama over non-traditional stuff, etc., there were some really nice rides at Viva. Here's a great looking truck I spotted.
AMEN to that...Jeez...anyway...Here's a few more then... OK....anyone know who these guys are? I do....
Not sure, some truck...early Chevy or Ford maybe? Way to radical to really say offhand. Not really my thing, by I can certainly appreciate the work in it. Single Airbag on the rear was trick too.
Few more for ya.... Blown Hemi Power!! Mmmmm...Cross Ram Dig the bulb covers.... Very clean truck Evidence that this ain't a trailer queen Uncorking the headers..... My favorite at the show
thanks for sharing the photos. there were a couple decent cars. my favorite custom was the green w/ green flaked fins '59 el camino. my favorite hotrod was the shifters roadster w/ the flathead caddy motor. -scott noteboom
i believe that the green monster w/ the single airbag on the back is Ian Russells new creation.... -scott noteboom
