I have a 1979 chevy motor Im puting in my 1946 plymouth. Converting car to 12 volts. The chevy didtributor has a built in coil with two connections. May I go directly to the didtributor with 12 volts or must I reduce the voltage and if so is the drop to 9 volts ?
