Voting for tech week articles

I've been watching a bunch of different threads for Tech Week, and heard voting has begun(?). Is it possible to run a short term heading with instructions on how to vote on the "forums" page??
I am not up to speed on computer navigation, and if it can be offered in a simple format, it would be great for us old guys ( I still have a rotary phone in my kitchen!! I need help!)
