  1. well this movie just started on the fox movie channel and I forgot about this kool black/gold 4dr looks like a good car flick ...anybody know about the Olds??

    other then a good movie and a hell of a nice four door nothing.

    Some guy here in Wichita owned it for awhile.
    Bought it from Burt Reynolds is the story.
    If anyone knows different - speak up.
     
  4. I saw the movie in 1975. Don't know about the car,lucky for Burt that you couldn't get arrested on a Sunday. >>>>.

    i saw that years ago.
    dont wanna give it away: but i think Burt turned it "all black" inside & out. :eek:
    & it looked so good in black-n-gold.

    There was an article in a car mag back in the time the movie came out. Can't remember which one, but I'm pretty sure they gave the details about the star car and the stunt doubles.

    Yep, i was real young then and it still pissed me off! haha
    It was a cool car.
    I seemed to always like those movies Burt was in back then..This one, Gator etc...

    It was hear in wichita I think he was a school teacher at votech ? did have pics but cant find them will post if I do

    Always liked the Olds in this movie.:cool: Anyone have any pics or history on the car?:confused:

    remember seeing the car at the starbird show one year
    when it was at the kansas coliseum and seeing the movie
    at the theatre, hated 4-doors back then but thought
    it was sure cool
