1952-59 Ford Wagon Air Shocks

Hey guys. I looked for any past posts on this subject, but came up empty. Please excuse me if this subject has been addressed before...

Any wagon owners out there who have added air shocks? Is this an easy way to bring the back end up a bit? I have a '55 Country Sedan. Thanks, Mato

I have never used air shocks on the wagon but back in the 60's I had them on my Falcon Sprint and they worked great. HRP

 

I put some on my F150 in preparation for a long trip to haul a car home. With 200,000 miles on it I was afraid the springs might need some help. I fully expected to remove them after the trip but they have been there since the trip and I like them just fine.

 

I had a pair on Monroes on my '64 Ford wagon and they worked great. If I had a load of parts in the back, just air 'em up a bit.

 

I always go the other way and get them lower.
