I need some assistance on identifying a radiator that purports to be a Walker.
I traded a buddy who is no longer with us for some parts he wanted/needed before his demise so I really don’t have anything into it. That said, I’m putting together a 32 roadster and it would be good to know if any of you have seen a Walker with this type of tag versus the embossed logo that I’m more accustomed to seeing. It’s off to get tested next week, but in the meantime I thought I’d ask. If it’s not a Walker I’m gonna knacker that tag off.

The top tank looks kind of beat up in the pictures. Perhaps Walker just fixed it and it wasn't one of theirs to begin with and they just put their tag on it saying that it was fixed

Yeah, blame the shitty photographer for making the tank look so bad. Big ass, oily fingers on a dusty rad. I notice all the dust spots on the fins too.
    Slightly better pic.

My early Walkers had tags like the picture.

    Yep, that's an early Walker.

Tag is from the early days then they embossed the logo into the tank. I was a Walker distributor for 30+ years plus a consumer and remember the tag. Nothing wrong with that radiator I know of many that old still working.

    Thank you gentlemen.
Love the knowledge and experience on this board.
I will definitely get this baby tanked and tested, and keep the tag.
