I think the quarters are early Chevy? And an early quarter panel off of and old dirt track car, shortened grille, and the dash in a late A roadster.

  6. ...what's the coupe in the background of the deuce grille shell pic?

A newly aquired ban saw that will soon be up and running. Sherman is a master at metal forming and gas welding same, he has alot of knowledge to share. I may be doing a tech. thread on metal forming that he showed me is the near future. So much to see here, I always find something new each visit.. Next visit I will take some detailed pics of some of his metal forming and welding.

  14. Holy shit! Is there nobody who hasn't been to Sherm's? I've been there via video sent to me by my brother, Jangleguy.

  17. Ive been letting my stuff go. unfortunalely the only ready willing & able buyer is the scrap man. I just bought a backhoe . It will greatly facilitate my determination to reduce my hoard. I cant even get buyers at what it would bring for scrap They lament about them sitting & rotting however they want them for free. The way I look at it any viable project if im dealing with the hassell of a individual is worth double scrap price. I am Planning on loading them up three at a time on my goose neck trailer. Im gonna take the digging bucket of the backhoe and whap the crap out of them before loading. that way they will all be sure to be crushed. We will likely keep about twenty. I sold my 53 buick &50 sedal delivery for scrap price to individual,s. and had to put tires on them and pull them around to where they could load . I should be compensated for the extra work & hassell ect. so don't have negative thoughts about us old hoarders unless you have walked in our shoes.
