   Hello;
   
   I was watching a video about the history of Hot Rodding, and someone being interviewed said that Wally Parks had told him that The first time he ever heard the label "Hot Rod" used, it was by a G.I. in the Phillipines who was from San Luis Obispo.
   
   Does anyone happen to know the name of the video? Thank you so much.
