I think Scott is doing an update soon, this is an older link and many more have joined since.

 

Be aware - there are 2 pages. You have to scroll to the bottom of the name list in the sidebar and go to page 2 to see everyone.

Hey there folks. Sorry I have not answered your pm's in a timely manner- I've been dealing with some heavy stuff for the last couple of weeks. I have added folks to the map who have contacted me recently. Jeff, I am glad that you were able to find a link that works! Sorry for any misunderstandings.
