Slightly off topic here, but the ultimate way to say NO, was from an incident with Ettore Bugatti in the 30's, this is from Automobile quarterly, volume 6 # 1 by Ken W. Purdy. I still crack up when I read this, hope you all will too!

I was on a long road trip in my 46 Willys Jeep somewhere in Tennessee I think, a black SUV flagged me down off the highway, I pull over and they pull over behind me. 4 middle eastern guys in turbans all come out and start looking over the jeep.

After answering a bunch of their questions for a few minutes, the guy driving asks me how much I want for it. I told him it wasn't for sale, and besides that I'm in the middle of a 6,000 mile road trip and don't exactly know when I'll be back home home. They didn't press me to sell it at all, but I could tell they were like a kid in a candy store, I kind of wonder if they had ever seen one in person before!? They wanted photos of them sitting in the jeep, I didn't mind so I let them take some photos.

After talking with them some more, they said they were living in Vancouver (I think) heading to some city on the east coast to buy a strip mall and some other business. After I heard that, I thought to my self hm.... I wonder how much they would give me for my jeep!? what if I said $100k!? haha!

I don't want to sell any of my vehicles, but for the right price, they are all for sale :) I should have at least asked them how much they would be willing to give me for it.
