After a flurry of donations over night, the $10,000 goal has been reached. The special paypal account will be shut down today, july 1, 2009.

Thanks to all 248 members who made contributions. A special thanks to the men who produced the art for the plaques and shirts. A special thank you to ken @ oddrodgarage who produced all the t-shirts, and jason who produced the stickers.

Very happy with my t shirt that was printed by Ken Oddrodgarage. Paypal sent for plaque.

 

I was absolutely floored when I opened my HAMB Andy t-shirt. There was this bright young man smiling back at me and for a moment I thought I saw him wink. I also think the plaque is the perfect item to stand next to the HAMB Alliance plaque on your dash or firewall. I again commend you Rich for this loving mission you have undertaken for our "buddy".

 

I wore the T shirt yesterday and Still marvel at the quality of the work on the shirt.

Thanks for all those who have orderd since this offer went up this morning. It's a good start, espically for a Sunday when most folks are out and about.

I just returned from mailing out the orders that came in over the weekend. A good number of plaques, a few shirts and stickers are now on their way to the folks who took advantage of the special promotion.
I'm looking forward to receiving the mailed in orders late this week.

Still looking for 120 more good hearted folks to step up for a plaque.

I need a tutorial to send via Paypal. I have a paypal account, and use it all the time. But I'm not familiar with doing a transaction this way.

 

Log in to your paypal account, click on 'Send Money' up at the top. Put the email address Rich provided in the 'To' box, click on Goods and continue. In the next window you can put a message in showing what you are sending the money for. Make sure your address is correct, click send and your done

 

So far you all have responded with 40 orders for plaques since Sunday. That's a fantastic level of generosity, BUT I still have 120 plaques sitting on my desk.
Orders placed today(Tuesday and tomorrow (Wednesday) will be shipped right out.
I'm leaving early Thursday for Bowling Green, so orders that come in the rest of the week will go out next Monday.​
