WANTED INFO. on "SCOTT SPECIAL"

In the 1960's Bill Scott built a Hand made sports car called the "SCOTT SPECIAL"
it was on the cover of one of the small sized magazines [maybe"CAR CRAFT"]
Mr.Scott was an engineer who worked for Rodger Penske when he was racing corvettes. I know the man who now has the car. [a close friend of Mr. Scott, who has now passed on.] His name is "WISKI" [an airbrush artist of some renown.] Any information would be greatly appreciated...
