It came to me in an email like any I get from the HAMB , throughout the day I figured out it was pretty shady then I noticed the conversation wasn’t in my mail on my HAMB account , pictured is what was emailed to me
Well done! So...he didn’t get a PM, just an email that was similar to the Hamb conversation alerts. They are tricky SOBs.
Pufff reported it this morning. Same cut and paste post for wanted ads- door, transmission etc. contact my friend BS. Did some Hi Tech **** Tracy work and banned Gofledee.
Made 10 posts and started working the wanted section. Guys need to report anything su****ious. In this case - you guys were on top of it.
A lot of FNGs have been making multiple one and two word posts in a single day lately ('Sweet!' 'Looks great' etc.) Seems to be a spike in people doing 'intros' too.
i have 1 '30 coupe door, not sure which side ? but i know it is rough... don't think it is worth shipping west.... pic if brave... $hipping has pooched the parts selling trade... . i too was scammed by a jerk for a $296 shipped tulip panel... while i am hanging on waiting for it he tells me his daughter is dying and the hospital needs $200 to save her life... wanted me to give it to him.... i told him i would help the same day my panel arrived... we all know about any hospital would eat the $200 to save her... . so first go the scammer's profile page note the # of posts... if you know he is bad and have the skills, fry his computer / phone...
I don’t think so. At least not the ones I’ve looked at. Pulled a few up in the past that I wondered what had happened to them. Look them up in a member search and it shows everything. Try to go to their profile and you get an error.
when a spammer is a relatively new member, there is a "spam " ****on that the mods hit. It eliminates all of their previous content and bans them all at once. when a member is banned for another reason, their previous posts are left intact
