no retro fit stuff apply YET, before i was doing smogs the cut off years was '65 i believe (late 80's), then they went to a rolling number, then stuck to '74 and newer in the mid 90's when i started doing smogs. now they had a 2 part bill (a few years ago with a rolling number), the repealed the rolling part and it's set at '75 and newer i believe..........i'm out of the smog biz now.

i personally don't think it's a car pollution problem (the car pollution is the end result), it's more like people pollution........there's too many of them. i say end the helmet laws and the suicide laws........we need the room .

 

Fuck that, Move to GA we can burn leaves, trees when ever the hell we want and car pollution in GA?? who care! no one here does! There are vehicles on the road that smoke like crazy, have 2 functional brakes and missing door and people name their car lucky!
