Not to take away from anything being planned here. Just another idea since there are like minded folks following this thread. Maybe we could get another run on the venue in the future.


I have been on a reliability run where we have run a 24 hour lap of Washington which could include everyone in the state.


We had checkpoints every major town we drove through. Two person teams, etc, etc. People that didn't run the lap of washington offered to do checkpoints throughout the state.

It was fun and tiring

 

I think you WOULD need a SBC for that run!

 

WOW..I really need to read more carefully...I was all set to tune up the roadster for the run...now I realize it's not till next year...CRAP!

I heard the first two teams to arrive have to choose their best fighters, they will then tie their dicks together and have a knife fight to decide who wins. Just a rumor, i don't know.

I may have to attack the old windmachine power plant sooner than I had planned at this rate. Right now I have my running buddys looking for a usable inline flathead for the project I hope to be able to drive to this function.
