watched threads

I went to unsubscribe to 1 watched thread, I clicked the box beside the thread, went to the box to the right of the page and clicked to unwatch thread. Big mistake, I lost all my watched threads.
Is there anyway to recover my watched threads?

I'm afraid once they have been deleted there is no recovery...I learned it the hard way also. HRP

 

What I expected, Thanks bud, It could probably recovered, but that`s asking alot for little`ol me.
They got more pressing things to look after. Such is life.
