There was an article in the news about a cars and coffee event where some ***hole with a newer Ford V-8 powered sports car  went flying through a plate gl*** window in some store front....
That makes me look bad because I drive the same type of car....:(:(

What color was the ***hole's car? If yours isn't the same color, no one is going to even think about you looking bad, unless YOU just happen to fly through a plate gl*** window;).

my favorites at Cars and Coffee are brand new Mopar Muscle with the hood open to show off the plastic trinkets on the motor they can't work on.

They have to have lots and lots of Armor-All to get ready for a car show. It's an art form, really.

For years and years here on Long Island we’ve been having a car show on Sunday mornings at Ocean Beach. Last year a gentleman and his female companion were leaving the show when he lost control of his factory five Cobra. The car went off the road and under a 3 Cable highway divider. The driver was decapitated and his female p***enger partially decapitated. I’m not mentioning this to blame anyone. God only knows we’ve all done stupid **** in past, I only mention this as a reminder that those cable style highway dividers (very common in the Northeast) are extremely dangerous to many of us driving hot rods. This has been a public service announcement, now back to our show!

Lost a cousin in her new Covette in a very similar accident here in Nebraska, I agree cable dividers have no place on public highways.

Wow, 3 Hot Rods out of 500 cars. Less than 1% representation, pretty sad. Hopefully your presence prompts other participants and spectators to leave their comfy late model special interest cars at home and bring out their Rod or Custom if they have one.
