weather issue, east tenn, Coker tire?

Hey, does anyone know if they're having issues with the weather around Coker tires' business? I've tried to call them a couple of times today to order some G78's and got some kinda crazy robot phone telling me it was 1 am and the batteries were low! I tried to order online, but all I get is server can't be found-don't know if it's my computer or if they're having problems.

 

I'm not sure where Coker is located, but that whole area of western Ky was hit really bad by the ice storm this past week.

 

called today ordered my tires, only open till noon, but I got the same message, just call mon.....
