Technical Weber identification

    I am in need of carburetor kits for this carburetor. I have looked all over the net, bought several kits to no avail. Are there any Weber gurus out there?

    in case you wondered how I found it...the tag is a Ford tag, you can tell by the part number format. E2E means 1982 Escort, you can look up how to break down the Ford numbers on the internet.

    Yup the letter in the code is the decade, and it (theoretically) goes back to after WWII.

    The 1st digit of the prefix is the decade, for example: A = 1940s, B = 1950s, C =1960s, D = 1970s, etc.

    The 2nd digit of the prefix is the year within the decade, for example: 1 = 1st year, 2 = 2nd year, etc.
