Ive heard of the foam idea like KCSledz mentions, but never tried it. Id also seen some adapter plates on ebay fro 35 mm to a 120 camera and figured id see if anybody had used one or had another way. Im definatly down to try a rollor two if they will get a good panoramic shot.
orsome shots of the tin yard and cars closeups, like the coupe/ sedan with the wood roof beams showing its the first time ive seen that before. and u cus wine about how theres no vintage tin. cool fish tails as well.
Took this one of Nads and Shawn, at a recent Hot Rod Christmas party. Wish some HAMB photo geek would come over and teach me new ways of posting pictures. Love the cut off wheel "kill " marks on this 5 window. Chuck seems to have a dry sense of humor. Metal work was amazing. JT P.S. been a shutterbug all my life, but what the hell is a Holga??
No, that was at the Thunder Over Michigan airshow. But I am never one to turn down a good Warbird story.
There's a P-51 at chanute AFB, (Rantoul). When the base closed in 1990 a very successful black businessman from Chicago thought that it would just be great to send the aircraft down to Tuskegee Alabama and paint it up in the Tuskegee colors and use it as a memorial. The businessman contacted the Air Force and they said fine. What the businessman didn't take into account was the Mayor of Rantoul, Katie Padegrossi (sp). Her contention was that it belonged to the city of Rantoul. She posted the police 24/7 on that plane. It's still there................... http://www.aeromuseum.org/aircraft_p51h.html
