Hot Rods Wedge scattershield

I found a wedge brand*****tershield bell-housing. It looks like an Ansen. I have never seen or heard of this company. Has anyone got any info on it? Its supposedly from the sixties

I had one in a 1934 Ford gasser that I raced in 1961.Very heavy.
