I'm taking a few minutes off from painting so I figured I would get the show rollin'. I didn't do the 'flaked tank, but I can take the blame for the striping and the bad picture.
You still amaze me, Dan... Here's my (in progress) contribution to the wall o' pinstripes raffle. It's not one-shot, and I didn't pay attention to the size guidelines- whatever, I'm still donatin' it.
More in progress stuff- one of a pair of spades I sewed up as part of some seats for scarylarry's ride. Or is it a thumbprint? You decide.
HOLY ****,SEAN! You're outta control! O.k....I just had an idea...think you can do a wall hanging/upholstery-striping thing on Zodiac of a tiki?Would look GREAT in our tiki room, here at the house! Let me know, either here or p.m. Anyway...both pieces look great!

although we may have met in detroit, i cannot take credit for the striping on the 40...that was done by mr. jeff shea. i hope to be able to stripe that well some day. jeff is actually the one who sparked my interest in picking up a striping brush. he does some VERY nice work.

got a new toolbox for my birthday on Wed. for my pinstriping stuff..what do you guys think? I also got my new brushes in finally. some virus and jenson swirlys. man they are the cats meow!!!!! anyone going to englishtown NJ this weekend or to Wilm. DE on the 24th, ill be there..ill be pinstriping at the jam in DE.
P.S. I want to put a rat fink on the top of the toolbox. It will be my first....I've gotten color suggestions from Ian and Ray and what not which is awesome!!!! Anyone have any pics of finks they did in 1 shot? Im thinking im going to just do a his head rather than disgrace his whole body!!!! damn i really wish i had a better picture of that eyeball too...it came out better than the photo looks

There's just something about that contrast between airbrush and hard lines.... Oh, and it doesn't bother me that you borrowed my idea (if it was my idea in the first place)....' cause it just gives me the incentive to rip you off!... Just joking. Seriously though, learning and borrowing ideas is what its all about. It helps us become better artists.... I'm just having trouble keeping up with all the talent on here.
