So there are a semi goldchainer show in ontario this weekend, i went took some pics, I also combined them with my pomona swapmeet pics. The coolest car at the show was wha looked to be about a 74 el camino build by Paradise Road Kustoms of Japan, I guess they're touring it. Get this 18" Supremes, first I had ever seen! Also worked on my Kustom, tried finishing up a bit on the Quads setup, and adding the Stude rollpan, as you can see I need a filler piece to finish it. pictures at http://www.vondrunk.com/pomontshow/
Cool Pics Abe. That Kaiser was definatly different. The 57 is looking good, what are you planning for the front bumper? 57 DeSoto?? Billy
There was a wheel company called Centurion Wheel that were making Supreme-styled wheels in larger diameters. They were pretty cool, had a recessed part in the spoke that they could paint for you, or you could paint yourself. I was looking at getting some, but they seem to have disappeared.
that caddilac was feautured in lowrider last month,,****ing tuff!... fraz,it looks likethose are those same wheels,,cept those are entirely chromed. id dug em too except the center painted part
seems to be a 4door kaiser with rear doors just welded shut well 2 door kaisers are quite rare... i also got a 4 door kaiser that i plan to do a carsontop on but i got a pair of 2 door kaiser doors though
Pretty sure you can send Supremes to Stockton wheels and have them turn them in to 18's. Could be wrong though.
They probably can do that (15s to 18s) although the difference will obviously be all in the hoop. Those other wheels, with the recessed areas are longer in the spokes with a more standard looking band.
Those japanese guys told me they were real supremes As far as my ride I'm making a custom 4 bar tube grille and custom bumper to fit in the scoop
