Weekly updates ??

I keep getting weekly update notices from HAMB groups I am not a member of . It has come to a point that I am ready to block them from my email but am not sure if that will block ALL mail from the HAMB as that would not be my intention , Where how can I address this issue , I feel that a thread was over kill but there was no place I could find on here such as a "webmaster " listed for this type of technical issue and fear the posting police........
