Don't know the guy personally, but I really dig his work. What's your favorite? Do you have or do you know of a car inspired by one? Here's on of my favorites:
I love all his work. The cars are incredible and the women are irresistable. I've got a roadster that is being built in Weesner fashion. I can't wait till it's finished so I can post some pics. Hopefully this Spring. A couple of my Weesner favorites...Insomnia & Interior Pearl I love Insomnia because when I look at it, I want to know the story. It makes me think and I get lost in that world of paint wondering what she is doing.... John Joyo...
Keiths art is nothing less than amazing. Timeless. I'm the very happy owner of 3 originals. If I was on my computer and not my parents......I'd post them. Copper Chopper Copper Coffin The Outlaw
weesner rocks. they are all my favorite. when I win the lotto I'll have him draw me a 49 chevy coupe.
I believe it is called Cherry Pie, I'll have to find his site and post a pic. I've been meaning to order a poster of it. Also, if you have seen the Rides episode featuring the Choppers, his illustration of the Bad News model T is awesome!
does Weesner have any 36 Ford Coupe 3w or 5w pics? i dont think i have ever seen him draw one up.. i love his work.
Man I love his work too. My wife and I have 6 of his paintings hanging in our living room. Good stuff indeed, plus he and his wife are very nice people.
I just got a Speed Tales print for Xmas., I really dig his art. I saw him in a store in Burbank while I was out Xmas shopping. Just thought I would share, CBB
I love his work. I love the logo he did for The Rodders Journal, I'm on my second shirt, and I just got a hoodie for Christmas.
Yeah, I don't have it here, but he did a concept for the Cole Foster built 36 three window, along with a nearly identical 36 roadster featuring a Du-Vall/Du-Hallock style windshield. Amazing guy. Actually, heres a pic of it hanging on my wall. It is a bad picture, but looks flipp'n great
Yeah, his paintings are great! I have a signed print of "Cherrie Pie" framed and hanging on the wall of my office, and I have this "Call of the Wild" print too, but I still need to find a frame for it. Keith's a nice friendly humble guy too when you meet him.
His prints are the only art in my living room. I really like them. (Even my wife likes em). I found a cheap way to frame them prints such as "Call of the Wild" and any other of this size will fitin this frame I found at Target for 25.00. It is a black frame that comes with matting for three small photos. Pull the matting. Insert your print and WALLA. 25.00 custom frame. FONZI
He's okay if you like that painterly stuff...... Kinda partial to this one It will be the cover of our 2007 catalog! Marcy
his work is friggin awesome..I met him this year...real cool, collected guy...started collecting his prints...have a few...will be buying more for sure...
I saw some of his work at the L.A. Roadster Show this summer. Thumbs up to Mr. Weesner and his Mrs. who was managing the sales. Glad to see families working together.
I am a ****er for his ****. Here are three originals that hang in my house. I like this one best (maybe) because it's an older piece and it's in pastels.
I really like his work. I looked at the insomnia piece and my 1st thought was Man I would like to be there.
The way he makes the paint look on the cars is incredible. His paintings definetly inspired the way my coupe was painted. Only if he would build the cars he paints...very cool!
i think anyone who has seen his work is influenced by it. my wife who is not a car person at all doesn't mind and actually likes some of his prints hanging in the living room. MFS 3 was that much better because of the segment on Keith. why hasn't anyone done a book of his work? i really like these two...
