All the best to Sr. Weesner. Glad to know things are looking up. I've always enjoyed his writings. Had a cool, down to earth perspective, well to me anyways. In my prayers and here's to more enjoyable years for him and your family.

One of the most educational conversations I ever had at a car show was with Jerry, Bill Hines and Teddy Z, late one night in a hotel parking lot during a Kustom Of America show in Pigeon Forge. I think that same night Gene Winfield was asked to leave one of the kart tracks for being a little too aggressive. Of course thats just what I heard. Good Times.

Jerry is a national treasure when it comes to knowing the history of our lifestyle. I hope his recovery is fast and complete.

Speedy recovery Jerry! You wrote the text to my first feature in Street Rodder back in 2002. Hope you're back on your feet soon!

Keith, sometimes good things come out of bad situations....getting hooked up with your family again is a positive thing...both of mine are gone so take advantage while they're here....best to your Dad man!

  19. Tell your dad to keep his spirits up. I have a friend who is 55 who has had three, yes three strokes. He's been stroke free for five years and is doing great, even does consulting.
