Weird-ass car found. What is it?

I know this is an old thread but I wonder if the OP has since found the matching trailer with the bolt-on wings for that "thang".

 

I would have NO problem owning, driving, loving that beast....

I would re-do the front section. And the rear section.

The center section is a good start, and the hood/front fenders ain't bad. Lose the ugly lower grille though.
Boat-tail speedster the rear.

 

Definitely different....But then, isn't that kind of what describes rodders ?
