Im about to box a bit of the rear section for a c-notch for my 55 f100.How should i weld it?Should i weld about 2 inches and skip some then 2 more to minimize warping? Will it warp real bad? Lastly, should i have a continous bead going from on side to the next or should i leave it spaced?

Entirely up to you. How big of an area are you going to box. If it's around 18'' or so I'd say that you should be able to wrap it up in about 4 passes. You would need a serious machine to warp a truck frame. Just give a slight gap and you don't have to crank your machine up all the way to 11". :D
