Could use a quick gloss black paint job, and that’s about it!

Hated how low it was in front, it looked broken.

I tossed the dangerous blood thirsty fan and resigned the entire front. I lowered the radiator, moved it closer to the engine, made new motor mounts, installed new cooler and mounted the transmission cooler.
Hopefully tomorrow I will have my new steering coupler and then it's off to the muffler shop.

Just out of curiosity, I see in this latest picture that the Moomjeans car hauler is still at your place, so do you own it now? If so, that is a hell of a great truck.
I found a shot of Moomjeans car hauler back in the day when Dennis Moomjean was the track champion at the Merced Raceway.

I looked back through your thread on the Willys G***er build, it really made me smile to see that indeed you did acquire Dennis Moomjean's car hauler, and I am really glad that you decided to keep the name on the door, that truck has a lot of history behind it.

On the ramp truck, the only thing I will change is the front suspension and winch as well as the engine. I bought a 78 dually with hydro boost brakes and kept the front half of the truck. Once it's all installed, I'm going to run a power steering driven winch instead of battery operated, more reliable.

I'm going to rebuild the front suspension and add spindle mounts as well as a 60's Psychedelic paint job and an injected SBC.

I bought this axle the other day and I'm trying to figure out what the best front suspension should be for a 60's-70's g***er.
Semi elliptical, spring over axle, leaf springs, coil overs....

I’m definitely digging that panel paint job. Psychedelic baby, that helped the vibe a ton

    What a find!
Rare to see these around any more.
Good job on the front end change, like the paint job as well.
