    Leave some expansion room in the radiator. Just fill it to where the tubes are covered. As the coolant heats up it needs some room to go into other than the over flow. Also what mix are you running? Water by itself is more thermally efficient the the 50 50 mix we all use in our street cars. I run 70 h20 to 30 coolant. Runs 160 to 170 unless its idling or pulling hard over 85 degrees. Some of the waer wetter stuff might get you 5 to 10 degrees cooler also.

    Since I've got several threads going on this car (I really need to do a build thread), here's another youtube link that I know won't work, "www.youtube.com/watch?V=qL-AIHZOGoE", or search "Flynbrian48", or Fordillac, and the latest, "Lets go Fried", will show up. Note that it was not fully warmed up when pulling out, and hiccuped a bit, but smoothes right out...
