I did the bodies and some of the paint on 21 of these cars in the past seven years. That is a partial list, but the only ones with pictures. The red 442 I did from start to finish, including stripes. Oh yeah, I also manage the body and paint shop side of the operation when I'm not "busy". I started working on theses types of cars in the 70's. Am I even remotely qualified?

    from central ny

sounds like my dream job, wanna sublet some stuff to NY? after almost 25 years wrenching on new stuff in a chevy dealer, my only sanity comes from working on the owners 40's and 50's fords on the side.

wish i was remotely close, i'd seriously look into it. best of luck finding someone, sounds like it could be a nice opportunity for the right guy.

  6. I'll take the job!, fast learner built hotrods with my father since I was old enough to scratch my balls. Built numerous Go-Carts, Billy Carts, Bikes, Motorbikes etc. Worked strip and assemble for a good panel shop, did all there mechanical work.
Volunteered at an Aviation Museum where I worked on a wide range of classic and rare aircraft maintenance and restoration.

Trained in a wide area of operations through the Military, From Advanced Medic, Advanced Trauma @ surgery Care (Minor surgical operations), Aviation Medicine, All Parachute operations, Water ops, Qualified and served with Special Air Service Regiment.
Trained: Security Operations, Personal Protection, Advanced Weapons. Etc..
There is a great deal more but OpSec keeps the mouth closed.

So I can do all your basic shop work, Mechanical work, strip & assembly and Fabrication.
Very good at problem solving (Mainly as a result of Military Trg, though this carries over to all facets of work) Reasonable art ability's so I can put Ideas and concepts down on paper without them looking amateurish.

And if need be I can do everything from basic first aid to Advanced Trauma care and Surgery also operate in an area and personal security role making the workshop a safe environment .......:D

I am also a qualified Nurse specialising in Emergency care and worked in Brisbane's premiere facility Royal Brisbane Hospital, they tracked me down and offered me the employment.:( (Embarrassing! a Nurse? Ugh)

But I'm Australian and stuck all the way over here. Veterans Affairs owe me a shit load of money so travel is no issue. The other issue is I'm a complete and utter prick.

Yup, thats about it I guess.

Doc making the workshop safe and

I know, I'm just playing around I know you guys don't want someone from over here, too much trouble. But I'm a little bored and wanted something to do.

DocWatson, sounds like you're a good fit.

Get yourself out here with a work visa and we'll give you a shot.
