    Hi guys,

I hope this is a acceptable question as I am a new Member here. I am building a '35 Ford Coupe (Steel), and I need to get some Fenders and Running Boards in the near future. Cost dictates Fibergl***, so I have been looking around and it appears that Wescott's has a very good name, but after what I have read concerning the processes that J.B. Donaldson Company uses, I am considering them.

I am trying to find someone who has first hand experience with both of these Companies (not "I had a Friend....."). Can anyone tell me of thier experiences with BOTH of these Companies? I will pay for quality, but I am looking for something that isn't terribly distorted, too thin or needs a lot fo work to finish-basically, Paint ready. Is there someone better out there who makes parts for '35's?

    Thanks,
    Craig

JB is a friend of mine. Fibergl*** guru for sure, but there have been some bad bodies made and the guys that bought them were *****s about the solution. To the best of my knowledge the problems were solved long ago and they are pretty damn nice. The three window body that the mold was pulled from was chopped by Bill Stewart at SoCal Speedshop! Extreemely nice chop! The bodies are baked to get the fibergl*** smell out and have stainless steel inner structures.
