Technical Westach 6 volt Tachometer Help

I'm looking for a 6 volt tachometer that will work with my 6 volt positive ground system in my Model A. I came across this tachometer and was wondering if anyone know if it will work with my system. Also what vintage do you think it is? Any help is appreciated!
