Just a warning to those that don't know, do not do business with Western Ch***is!!!

It has been a month since I ordered my parts, no tracking number, no notice of shipment, no response to emails and no one ever answers the phone no matter what extension you dial.
I have sent three emails telling them to either give me a tracking number or cancel my order and gotten no response. Next step is to request a refund through paypal but I'm sure as soon as I do it the parts will show up.

The last time I ordered from them it took forever but I thought it was just a fluke. They used to have their **** together but that was over 20 years ago.

Western Ch***is - It's the same business as POL. Same building across the street from Fender Guitar factory. I've bought some stuff from them over the years and it was a good experience.

But checking local reviews something happened. Maybe business is bad, whatever. Boatload of negative reviews about no parts, no shipping updates, no customer service. I usually go there in person but the last time was a year ago. They have been in business for a long time but these types of businesses are suffering now days. Tariffs, material shortages, etc. Owner- Mr. Jim Cha****, President, you can find him on LinkedIn.

Judging by Yelp I would be wary of ordering anything from POL - Western Ch***is.

You’ve waited and been patient enough, file the complaint with PayPal and move on

Yuppers same street address for both.

You can never tell what goes on with some companies anymore. Either the quality of products drops because the bean counter decides that he can get stuff cheaper from another supplier or management changes the way things are done and screws up a smooth working system.
I've done some business with a Chevy parts outfit that I have to believe orders in a lot of slow moving items after you place your order on a stock order. One item was a park light for my 77 C30 that I waited a month for before it showed up but the quality was great when I got it. I've got a feeling that there is more of that going on that vendors aren't telling you about. Screenshot (2066).png
