Technical What’s this to???

    Clearing out my shed. I don’t remember where this Clifford intake came from. Wondering if anyone knows what it goes to??? What’s the 6=8 mean????

    6=8 was Cliffords slogan meaning a six cylinder engine would run like an eight cylinder engine with their parts

    6=8 is simply Clifford's tag line, meaning their parts will (help) give your 6 cylinder the power of an 8 cylinder engine.

    So they had a tag line. But on a 4 banger intake? Maybe they stretched out to be 6 ports of primary power and 8 ports of secondary power. Hey, it’s a long shot. But chew on it a while.

    it's similar to the 153 intake, but different.

    ah, yes. I see it is similar, but not the same.

    Looks like it was never drilled through pads for mounting
