Sorry for your loss. I just got off the phone with my dad, he is running on borrowed time (pacemaker). Right now he has a pile of parts and great plans for a 34 truck but it'll **** if I can't get it put together so he can at least enjoy for a year or two. s.
Wow....I cant express my condolences enough..... I went through almost the SAME situation in 2001. Lost my pops to cancer.

My condolences. I can't think of anything like working on cars together that bring dads and sons closer. I lost my dad a few years back, but I'm always checking in with him out in the shop -- "Hey, that worked, huh dad?" or more likely: "Jeezus, how'd I **** that up so bad?" He'll always be riding shotgun with you.
i'm sorry brother. i lost my father in november. we never had much of a relationship, still it is very hard. it sounds as though you two got along pretty good. i cant imagine your pain. you and yours are in our prayers. -rp

My condolences. I lost my dad a year ago, untill you've been there you don't know the feeling, there are no words to express it. Be glad you were able to say goodbye and he knew how you felt about him.
