Customs What adhesive for lexan wing windows into steel frames?

What adhesive for lexan wing windows going into steel frames?
I searched and couldn't find anything and I'd prefer locally
sourced options if possible. I'm kinda under a tight deadline.

If it is the same thickness as the gl*** would be I'd think using the same gl*** setting tape you would use with gl***.
From experience, Lexan will look like hell after a while if you are not damned carefull with it. A lot o NO toucha da plastic windows, is required as it scratches real easy. I ran clear Lexan in my 48 side windows for years and it scratched and marked up too easily. Didn't break when some ***hole threw a rock at it though.

 

I would think clear silicon would work.

A young guy at the local gl*** place talked me into letting him use black silicone on my W/S and side gl*** frames..
It looks perfect to me. He did offer clear or white, but really pushed the black because it looks like black rubber seals.

he made some "spacers" he said, those were to keep the gl*** centered in each frame...because the channel is wider than the gl***.

If I was going to use silicon it would be black so mildew would not show.
