Value would depend on how many you have, what size they are and what bolt pattern they have. They are not super valuable, but they are worth something for sure.
...and also might depend on how well the rust cleans up. I'd rub them carefully with steel wool to find out, although others might suggest some other favorite cleaning method. Since they're already rusted somewhat, it doesn't really matter too much, since they won't heal themselves.
