Ric we have one truck that we are saving for when I scatter this one and its pretty rough but I will check.
II funny I have not forgot about the Charger I have it registered and have two buddies that will wheel the old turd this year.(hope they don't make it look to bad or I will take the keys from them) Thanks for the pictures of the Stardust car.

Is there something wrong with me ? Every time I see an old car I am trying to build a drag car out of it.
While I was on the hunt for the front wheels I ran across a 64 2 door Falcon wagon with very little rust and now I am building it in my head. Damn I need to be on med's or maybe off of them.

  6. Welcome to my world! No, you are a perfectly normal car dude Saline Solution. I call them paper tigers, or maybe they're"thinking cap tigers". One thing for sure, they help keep me awake during my rigorous California work commute! My latest is a 39-40 Tudor Graham Shark Nose Altered. Marc and I have also spoke often about a 4 door 55-56 Chevy wagon Blown Altered with major engine set back into the original front seat area. Rear door entry for the driver, and making a rear spoiler out of the tail gate window. Candy jade green, with a Dragon motife' "Dragon Wagon", red head lights, and a smoke machine snorting "dragon breath" out the grill opening while staging etc. Then there is the 62-65 409 4 door Nova Chevy never made, or the 66-67 Tri Power 427 Chevy II, they should have built. 64-65 Olds Vista Cruiser Window Wagons that run in the 10's with A/C, full interior, steel wheels, over drive trannys. The ultimate A/G small block/stick Anglia with heavy flake magenta & silver paint, like the Mind Binder Willys, only I'd call it "Magenta Dementia".., and the list goes on and on, and on..,

  15. Attn: Ropie Doper! There are a couple Jato bottles for sale on SHEBAY, I suggest you hit the "buy it now" button and get em, if you and the Merry Pauler plan on tangling with Yesterdays Bitch Slapper!

See how high this front tire is? Its almost high enough to smash a Yesterday's Chili Bean. Maybe the West Coast has bigger beans than the Southeast :D

  18. So Ric are you wanting to race my truck with your tomorrow's elderly lady?
Does your car eat supper at 4pm so it can go to bed early?

  19. Ok bean smasher, was that small block ford in front if you, or behind you at the stripe. The only reason that big coupe is jumping out of its skin, is cause it thought the Child was near by, and it wanted to get the heck outta Dodge!

    Paul-

If u are calling out "yesterday's haircut" make sure you specify which driver... You don't want to face Racer A (Marc)... You want Racer Zzz (Rick)... It's essentially a totally different car based upon the driver

  22. The Child says she's got enough lickety-split in her to whip the Okie Baller, or the Hairy Donker with Muhammad Ali driving!

  23. .. ah crap Paul, now what do I say? Don't ask me Jeff, you're the one that couldn't let it be.., OH NO, you had to go poking the heehive. Now were sitting here in the dark, whispering & waiting for the night terrors to come.., and hoping The Child doesn't wish us back to the corn field!

  24. Just say your sorry and that your just kidding cause you know the hauler will be ahead. Maybe I should tie a rope on the bumper so it looks like I am pulling you down the track.

  25. Man Paul, what a great idea! Having a blown gas Willys pickup tow vehicle, thats almost as fast as our ole '56, would be great! Wench Tender had suggested something like this months ago with his blown gas Willys pickup also, so its gonna be a tuff choice. Maybe you two should race, and the winner can be Yesterdays Childs tow vehicle? That's one one of the great things about the Meltdown Drags, where else do you get to choose which blown gas Willys pickup gets to tow your race car back after slaughtering 57 Chevys etc.

Hey Ric...I don't know about you, but I don't want a tow vehicle called the "Fairy Hauler" pulling me around.[emoji12]
