I didn't think I qualifed to get one. Just found out I do, but we only get the $600.00 one. Split that with the wife, that leaves me with only $300.00. I guess that will go towards a credit card bill. No more car parts until I get rid of that but I do have enough parts and projects to get me down the road quite a way. I do like the beer and hooker idea thou but I better behave.

All you have to do is file taxes but yes I think the amount you get starts to decline if you make over 75,000, but retired people can apply for one as long as they file taxes and obviously claim no income.
