  4. Lately, I've been THE MOST motivated to actually do some work when I listen to the following:

PAILHEAD (Ian Mackaye w/ Ministry. Very cool stuff...Unfortunately they only did one album), THE RAILBENDERS, lots of SINATRA, ....There's this show called BIG BAND JUMP on our AM 1430 (KEZW)...that's a pretty good show...helps me stay focused for some reason. The host has a funny way of talkin too so that makes it even more entertaining.:)

ummmm....I'm always productive when I listen to classic surf (DICK DALE, VENTURES...etc) OH! and some of the newer surf , such as MARACA 5-0, THE TREBLEMAKERS and THE SPACE COSSAKS. Those guys are really good!

Sand blasting messed up the CD player so I'm stuck with the radio! I think I need to tow my stuff to Mutt's garrage.

Me, 60's, 70's rock on the radio or maybe some of the following

    The Blasters
    Big Bad voodoo daddy
Brian Setzer orchestra or with the stray cats
    George Thorogood
    AC/DC
    Steeley Dan

Throw in some southern rock for good measure and top it of with the blues depending on the day.

I find good rock and roll works the best for wrenching on stuff

But for some reason I like mellower music while doing upholstery

  26. Me too. Nobody can hear me scream profanities over the stereo when I run that needle through my thumb! But if I have some Wayne Newton on they can.

I listen to any number of Plowboy's 9999 different cds in his space aged changer. I don't think I have ever heard the same song twice. That is how we do it in the 217!!!

  29. Alot of the above music plus some other sick stuff...............but love the sound of this sweet small block when it's purrring after a tune!! :)

  30. N P R, National Public Radio.

That's right, I'm one of those. I think better when I am asked to think about the world and what we (King George) are doing to fuck it up.

And later at night, it's JAZZ!!

On Sundays, Marion McPartland followed by Dick Buckley, a man who's been there and done that, three or four times. And remembers it.

    All here...
