Technical What are you working on?

My least favorite engine building job. oh wait....I forgot spiro locks.

 

No contest. It’s Spiro locks. Only time I feel like throwing a piston through the garage door.

 

Attacking the dents in an otherwise pretty decent cab so I can get my 48 together to drive it to Victoria in July. A local rodder donated the cab to the project to get me going. He bought another cab for a yard art project and this one came with it unknown to him.

 

Made up the fuel lines on the Pontiac. Merry Christmas guys

Does an oil change and a new thermostat count? I’m lucky enough to drive my hot rods year ‘round as daily drivers.

Getting my buddy's 30 coup figured out.

 

Finishing some details on the front frame then the body will be coming off to detail the ch***is; hopefully in the next week or so. The plan is to have it be a roller re***embled in the spring. We shall see.

Here's one of my Moms' sayings, it really has no relevance to this thread but it's a favorite of mine and sort of a public service announcement considering we (many of us) will be enjoying some adult refreshments.................

I ground down the casting imperfections and gave my Flathead a tri-tone red paint job over the weekend.

Recently I saw a polished Muncie. Looked like a lot of work.

 

My old friend did a pair of v8 heads and helped with a pair of v12's. In side of garage looked like a brillo pad.

 

I tried, but it went straight to voicemail and the mailbox was full…
