Technical What are you working on?

It's amazing when you realize the amount of work you made for yourself by inadvertently swapping springs #37 & 39 in a Hydro... now I get to put the mess back together.

 

You are a better man than I! I’m not allowed to open up transmissions anymore. I just swapped out the Saginaw 3 speed in Papaw because it jumped out of first gear and had a terrible shimmy in reverse. Lloyd gave me another Saginaw and all I did was change the rear seal and install fresh oil. It works perfectly. The first Saginaw I took completely apart and resealed it. Apparently I missed something because it jumped outta first gear. Nope, no more transmissions for me. There is a good rebuilder in St. Louis we use at work. Thank you so much Lloyd for the transmission!!

 

Learned to do them workin on Police cars while on the farm !
