@Bill's Auto Works I always noticed 64 had a flat front and 65 had peaked fenders. I forgot about the 2 piece fender.
    It's been 30 years since I owned a 64.

Just finished a custom headliner for my ‘51. Steam bent wood slats are screwed to the original bows, 1” foam is covered in fabric and glued to the roof. Very pleased with the results.

20240219_192623.jpg 20240219_192446.jpg Washed the block and started assembly. My friend Rick has the NOS heads just about ready for assembly , just need to order valve springs and retainers.

  23. Well there's a bummer, I wasn't sure if it was worth the trip or if it was going to rain. Is it yearly or more frequent.

Well today I finally got to work on something O/T. Weather was nice and didn't get parts yet for the ramp bed project so I thought it was Shaker time. :)
I decided to work on the inner rockers structure. I'm using 2x4 by 1/8 inch rectangle tubing. This will help with side impact and also give a place to land the roll bar.

Next I will build some outriggers from the frame to the inner rocker, this should make it strong like a bull. :)
