when you`ve been ripped off? A while back i wanted to replace the body mount bushings on my caddy, call around and finally this place G.M. Obsolete has them(they say) I get them and their not right.they came in a box from steele rubber.i didnt order them from steele because all they had was for the 65 limo( i dont have a limo) I call them back and said they sent the wrong ones ."they will fit" they said. These are square..I need round they wont fit,I`m sending them back..So I sent them back and they reimbursed me minus $40 and the $10 to send them back...I call them back and they said it was a restocking fee! I told them it was their fuck up.Basically all they said then was too fucking bad ....so what do you do? [IMG]

Where is this place at? If it is near here I could do $50 in damage by tossing a brick through a big window?

  6. Maud; Sounds good at first but why do you think all of our insuerance is so high? Caddyman65 is doing the best thing going and that is letting all he can know about there buisness tactiks (or lack of)Listen to Gears-n-Grease. Notify the card co. They will get you your money back.

What a rip!! I really hope the credit card co. can help. Let all who will listen know who these guys are and the power of the HAMB will spread the word like herpes at a whore house. [IMG]

This last spring I ordered some hemi stuff from a guy in Texas named Philip Lofton. I knew there were going to be problems when my credit card got billed and it was nearly two months before anything showed up at my door. To make a long story short, he took forever to come up with most of it (valvetrain stuff) but never produced the custom pushrods I'd ordered. He said he'd credit my charge card but never did. He had caller id and quit answering my calls unless I tried from a different phone.

I ordered the pushrods directly from Smith Bros. and then sent a letter to my visa company contesting the charge from Phil from several months earlier. I explained that the parts had never been sent by Phil and included a copy of the receipt from Smith Bros. for what had not been delivered from Phil. It took a few weeks but the charge card company did credit my account for the contested amount. I got my $ back but it was a pain. I'd much rather deal with folks you can trust and get the parts/service you paid for.

Oh yeah, don't ever think of dealing with Philip Lofton at Ralley Ent. www.earlyhemiparts.com/ . I'm not the only guy that's been disapointed in this guy. Figure I owe him some free advertising.

I don't get it, do these fucking assholes really think we aren't going to tell EVERYONE that we know how bad their products and service suck? These crooks really piss me off.
