Bonneville and the Calif. Hot Rod Reunion....

 

Jalopy Showdown at Latimore PA. It's not the biggest show around but it sure is the best, people you meet are the greatest.

"Paso" and the "Throttlers"...actually about cars....(mostly)

 

a southern wisconsin one is RODSNRELICs at lime kiln park in Grafton. going on it's 20th year. about 200 cars, bikes and trucks, good tunes and food. well known in the area.

 

The Straits Area Hot Rod and Car show in St.Ignace Michigan was, until the cops killed it about three years ago. Now Frankenmuth Michigan is by far the better show of the two.

 

Used to be the *Road Agents'* Hot Rod and Rockabilly RUMBLE in East Hartford, CT until it ended in '07....was the best show on the east coast...

NOW, it's the Jalopy Showdown at Latimore......great show, great swap meet, and cars in da mud! Just a real good time!

Still the greatest in the land has to be the LA Roadster Show......the *Super Bowl* of hot rodding......best show is in the Preferred Parking and swap meet!

Around these parts it is the "Rebel Run" Lima Ohio. Mine used to be the "Ducktail Run" till this year, changed to the Rebel.

Oakland Roadster Show (I know it is the Grand National something, but to me it was always the Oakland Roadster Show)...last went in '67. There was a good show at the Pasadena Civic Auditorium in the 60s and one at the Long Beach Civic Auditorium...when the angel hair and the blown bathtubs started up, I quit going.

Kane county in St. Charles, Illinois was my favorite, but only because I could walk to it if I had to. I sold alot of stuff there and always had a good day. It's a shame they shut it down.
