What Color For the Wheels???

Gloss black with trim rings...will bring out the red lettering on the caps as well (to match the interior and accents).

I was intending to paint them gloss black when I first got them. I have always loved the Doene Spencer roadstar and that is kinda what I had in mind.

But once Josh Shaw messed it up with all that lettering(numbering?)
I'm leaning toward the Cream with a red accent stripe.

I tell ya, I love the way they look. They are 16's front and rear and the car sits higher in the front now, but it still has enough of a rake for me. I think the rearend could be about 1 inch narrower each side but I think I can live with that, for now

Cream is too wimpy for that car. It's a rough and tumble dirt track hot rod now. Paint um battleship gray! REAL dirt track cars don't have cream wheels!

I like the cream with red striping, that'll tie the whole thing together. BTW have I alread said I dig your car? No, well I REALLY dig that car!

 

How about something in "MAUVE" it would look sooooooooo cool.

Paint em IVORY pop. But that red stripe aroundem... OOOHHHHH thats gonna cost ya. Just cause I'm a dirt track racer doesn't mean I like to stripe in circles.

You know... ***ty pink would work... Yea! and then snap some spinner hubb caps on there from autozone that are purple and then the faster you go and spin dem bad *** *****es the darker the pink will look!!!
OOOOHHHH!!! yea! AN OPTICAL ILLUSION.(alright those were my two big words for the day, now I can go back to bed.)
