What color is most forgiving?

    no matter what color you paint it, use good paint, catalyzed, so if you want to make it better you can use it as a base/primer to sand imperfections out and won't have to remove it to paint over.

    I like silvers. It seems like the silver cars I have owned were the easiest to keep clean.

    silver/ gold both highlight dents, scratches and flaws

    Remember when Ford used to have white sales. There was a reason if you scratched one you would find a darker color underneath.
