Class of 67, drove a 57 Chevy 2 door hardtop, trade it in on a 67 Nova SS 327 4 speed. Wish I had either one back.

  5. class of 85. drove a 69 camaro blue with black guts and a gutless 307 350 turbo, sharp car tho.

  6. year:1976 vehicle: 1976 ford E-150, at the age of 16 having a brand new "shagging wagon" was by far the coolest. laid more "pipe" in the back of it than a fleet of plumbing trucks! still own it.

Class of '72....'63 Belair 2 dr post car. Paid $180.00 for it.....283,3 speed on the floor....Blue with silver panels down the side with blue lacing.....Stolen about a month after i got it on the road.....Cops called me and said they found it on the Cross Island Pkwy missing all 4 chrome wheels and tires, battery, 8 track and the driveshaft was blown out of it.....I left it there....Next up was a '65 Pontiac Lemans convertible..Paid $300.00 for it....389, 4 spd...Had a crushed 1/4 panel which i straightened with a lot of Bondo and painted the whole thing taxicab yellow....Use to drive it to drivers-ed in high school {already passed a road test and had a junior license but took it for lower ins. rates} until the timing chain let go and i sold it for $50.00

    1987.
    2 cars.
"Thor" 1977 Thunderbird. 351W. White with maroon. Rebuilt by my uncle with a little more hammer. Great cruiser. Lots of guys inside and lots of beer in the trunk.

1978 CJ5 with an interceptor 360, 3 speed. Got busted for popping wheelies in the parking lot rolling up to the speed bump. 4 wd burnouts are fun. Still too many guys inside but no trunk for beer. Quick little puddle jumper, though! Learned tons because you always have to be fixing them.

I mostly took the school bus or rode with buddys. No money. I did have a 57 bel air 4 door that ran.

  16. Where in the hell did I park that thing???? I just had it 2 weeks ago>>>>. -------------------------- Crankshafts!!!!! Lots of em>>>>.

  17. Junior/senior year was a '49 Chevy Fastback project given to me. Guy was shot and killed by the Police the night before I took delivery. He gave it to me after he had picked up a SCREAMING '55 Chevy....the car he was shot and killed in while outrunning the locals.

So at 17 I picked up a '67 Impala SS 327, midnight blue with a blue crush velvet interior. I also traded in my motocross bikes and bought a Harley.

So I guess my senior year I owned a '67 Impala and a Harley Sportster

Wish I had both cars now.....49 would be a sled/bomb, 67 would be slammed with wires and murals. Sporty was an '81 so it would still be a piece of shit.

A 67 Chevelle .I bought it for $1200 in 1990 if i remember right. It had fresh white laquer and brand new black diamond tuck (even on the headliner and sun visors .It was a factory 396 4spd car ,but the motor and tranny were gone.I put in a 327 ,with a radical crower cam, home ported and polished 202 dbl humps ,with an Offy intake and 3 dueces with glide with a 3000 stall .I also put in a later 10 bolt posi with 390 gears .It had big and little polished slots on it .I drove it through the week and ran 13.20's at the track on weekends .I eventually blew the motor and installed a 454 with a nos 427 L-88 solid cam with a tunnel ram and a 400 turbo then traded as is for a pickup before i got it hooked up and driving.I was a real dummy ,but hey i was only 17 at the time ...

1964-65,56 Ford Victoria,3 speed Mystery shifter,292,Volverine cam,57 distributor and Holley 4150 type carb.I thought it was fast,283 Chevy's were usually faster.I was brutal, tore up a shitload of tranny's and a rear axle.I pulled the heads for reasons I can't remember, used the same headgaskets, got coolant in the oil and siezed the engine.

I had a turquoise 1958 Mercury two door hardtop. It wasn't fast and it wasn't the "In Car" to drive in 1965 but I thought it was pretty and it and most importantly it was mine.

Not me, I had a'50 Olds coup. At that time it was a 10 year old car, not like it would be treated now..In my junior year I drove a 33 Packard. Now that was a neat car.

I didn't own it (my dad did!), but it was the fastest car to park in our school parking lot in 1995.

1980 Pinto 351w with dart2 heads 1.6 roller rockers, tiny cam and stall with a c4 trans w/shift kit, 3.90:1 rear gear, my best in the car was a 13.31 @ just over 100 (can't remeber exactly).

I had 2 cars my senior year (class of '87) - started out the year in my '63 MG Midget , then moved on to my '68 ElCamino SS . All pics are on 35mm film . If I can find time somewhere , I'll have to scan 'em in (someone got a time machine I can borrow ??) LOL !!
