Technical What crank is this? 4 banger crank ID

I’m guessing Ford of some description but how do I tell what model? Counterweighting looks nicely done, is that fairly common?

 

Bolt on counterweights are still used in some circumstances. Not sure what this is off looks 40s vintage.

 

Any features or measurements I should check to help ID it?

 

Model A Rods are 1.500. Mains are 1.625

 

Looks Willys to me, the flange would confirm if it has 6 holes and two have a taper. JW
